1- The player must provide a copy of the passport or identity card and a copy of the health card or health insurance on the first day of training or upon submitting the application.
2- The player must pass a medical examination or submit a medical certificate proving his health fitness to practice sports.
3- The registration of any player will not be accepted except in the presence of the guardian or his legal representative.
4- The guardian/relative must ensure the safety and health of the participant, his physical fitness and his ability to participate in sporting activities, and accordingly release his academic responsibility from any risks that he may be exposed to in the case of a scam.
5- In the event that the player is unable to attend training due to an injury,He must notify the Academy in advance and officially prior to his absence from the course and submit a certified medical certificate proving his health condition, and that period will be added to his membership account when he returns for the next month and is cleared for the next month.
6- The administration of the academy and its technical director have the right to choose the elements that it represents in the internal and external competitions and activities, and the player has no right to object to that.
7- Spaces for players are limited and will be allocated to those who register and pay early.
8- All courses, activities and locations may be subject to change according to weather conditions or scheduling and the satisfactory level of the number of participants. The Academy also reserves the right to cancel any course/season or change its information.
9- At the Argentinean Academy of Technology Football has the exclusive right to use the images of any of the players during any training session, match or activities, thus allowing the Academy to use all images and videos for advertisements, campaigns, and advertising.
10- The player’s parent/ parents acknowledge that he is not registered in any other club or game and that he is not registered in any sports federation inside or outside the country. If the opposite is proven, the parent bears all the resulting responsibility for you.
11- The Academy administration will not allow any player to attend any training or activities without wearing the full and official uniform of the Academy.
12- Neither player has the right to disclose or use any aspect of the course or the academy for private commercial purposes except with the written approval of the academy administration.
13- It is strictly forbidden during training and matches that the guardian or one of his parties speak to the player or one of the coaches, as he must wait until the completion of the training or matches, and in cases of extreme necessity, the representative of the court must be in charge of the match.
14- The form must be filled out completely and the fees paid before starting any training course.
15- Fees and expenses paid are non-refundable and cannot be deferred or transferred in the name of another person.
16- Payment must be made in cash or automatic payment in the account of the Argentine Academy of Technological Football.
17- Requests and reservations by phone or e-mail are not confirmed until official registration and payment of fees.
18- The Academy administration has the right to dismiss any player who causes harm or moral problems to his colleagues, coaches or the Academy without refunding the fees paid, whether the problem is from the player, parents or relatives.
19- The parent of the player shall bear any damage or injury caused to the player while he is in the academy, and the academy administration shall not be responsible for that.
20- The player is not entitled to contract with any local club Or a foreigner during the period of his participation in the Academy, except after the written approval of the Argentine Technological Academy, in order to guarantee the rights of both parties and in the event that the player signs with any other party or club without the acknowledgment of the flag of the State.
21- The player shall bear the cost of any damage or damage to the property of the Academy or its participants.
22- The introduction and all the contents of the registration form are considered part and complementary to it.
23- The Arabic language is adopted as the main and approved language of this agreement and all the terms will be implemented according to it, and the English language is considered an annex to it.
